Whip up a Glossette Cocktail, an unexpected mix of classic beer and chocolate flavours, and dig into this selection from Spencer Butt’s debut collection, Slouching the Dream (Now or Never Publishing).
A chilled cocktail shaker with strainer
Ice
1 1/2 oz of Canadian Whiskey
1/2 oz of white Crème de Cacao
1 bottle American Brown Ale
Chocolate Covered Raisins to garnish
What to Do:Add ice, whiskey, and crème de cacao to an chilled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain mixture into a chilled pint glass, then top with American Brown Ale.
