The LPG is not a publisher, and therefore does not accept unsolicited manuscripts sent via its Websites, and takes no responsibility for any manuscript so transmitted.

However, the LPG accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from such Messages. Messages submitted to blogs are not necessarily reviewed by the LPG prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of the LPG. Nonetheless, the LPG reserves the right to prevent you from submitting Materials to blogs and to edit, restrict or remove such Messages for any reason at any time.

If at any time the LPG chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the blogs, the LPG nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content of the Messages, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Messages, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any Message. Termination:

This agreement may be terminated by the LPG at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to have access to the site, and all limitations on the LPG’s liability and on your use of the LPG material shall survive.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules or conditions referred to herein and the the LPG Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and the LPG as to your use of the the LPG Web site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and/or proposals. These Terms and Conditions are severable, and in the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
