Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their devices are compatible with the ebooks they purchase. Our staff will help you as best they can so that you can access your ebook, but refunds will not be issued due to compatibility issues.
Some of the ebooks sold on this site, in both .epub and .pdf formats, are secured with Adobe ADEPT Digital Rights Management (DRM). Others have no DRM applied. Digital Rights Management is used to limit the ability to copy ebooks and ties your purchased ebooks to the Adobe Account you are using on the PC or Mac you downloaded the book to. It is possible to use your account across up to six different devices authorized to the account including readers, laptops, and desktops.
Always ensure that you have set up your account in Digital Editions before you download a DRM-protected ebook to a new machine. When changing machines, take a note of your login details to ensure that you can retain access to your library.

Print book orders are transmitted by AllLitUp.ca to individual publishers or distributors who will ship titles directly to customers. Please refer to the privacy policy for more information about personal information transmitted. Books may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
