All Lit Up, a project of the Literary Press Group of Canada, is committed to excellence in providing services and support to readers and customers who visit our webstore. We continue to take steps to accommodate the needs of customers with disabilities. Upon hiring, our employees receive training on how to provide assistance to people with various disabilities. We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability, ensuring that they have the best customer service experience possible.

All Lit Up sells thousands of ebooks, which can be adjusted on a device (e-reader, tablet, computer, or phone) so that the font size increases or decreases to the readerโ€™s preference. This provides readers with a large print option for purchase, when an ebook format is available for that title. If you have purchased an ebook from All Lit Up and need assistance in changing the font size, please contact us. We also sell audiobooks when available.

In 2022, All Lit Up launched the eBooks for Everyone collection: a special collection of ebooks with built-in accessibility features for readers with print disabilities, converted to WCAG 2.1 A or AA standard. The collection includes novels, short stories, creative nonfiction, poetry, drama, graphic narratives, and childrenโ€™s books, and grows every publishing season.

With the launch of the eBooks for Everyone collection, All Lit Up began to display a supply detail window that allows us to better communicate metadata-supplied accessibility information about epub titles, allowing readers to understand whether or not a particular ebook will suit their accessibility needs before purchase.
