Celia McBride

Working as a playwright largely in Montreal and Toronto, Celia McBride returned to her hometown of Whitehorse in 2004 when she became Nakai Theatre’s playwright-in-residence. Celia’s work has been seen by audiences across Canada and in the US and Europe. Celia built an impressive body of work as one of the founders and co-artistic directors of Sour Brides Theatre from 2005–2011.
