- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5oz aperol
- 0.5oz maple syrup
- 0.75oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- a spear of rosemary
- Muddle rosemary and maple syrup in the bottom of a shaker tin
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to the tin and shake with ice for 15 seconds
- Fine strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of charred rosemary.
