What Else We’re Reading

ALU Mixologist Tan Light just finished The Masked Truth by Kelley Armstrong, and had this to say:Last week I read Kelley Armstrong’s new YA, The Masked Truth. It’s about a weekend therapy retreat that goes very wrong. It’s a high pressure situation, and Armstrong does a great job of writing characters with schizophrenia and PTSD who are far more than a label or a disease. I learned a lot reading it, and so I’ve picked up Hidden Lives, a book of essays by authors who live with, or who have close family who live with, similar mental health problems.
