Cozy Fest: Shira Nayman
Writer Shira Nayman joins us from her Brooklyn, NY home to read from her YA novel River (Guernica Editions); where a 14-year-old girl travels back in time to witness the experiences of her foremothers and see how, even centuries before, they’ve shaped her into the person she is.
Shira Nayman is the author of Awake in the Dark, The Listener, and A Mind of Winter. Her work has appeared in magazines and journals, including The Atlantic Monthly. Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, Shira lives in Brooklyn, NY.
