I had a request this month to bring you a cocktail pairing for Lorna Crozier’s new collection, What the Soul Doesn’t Want. I was looking for something summery but a bit unusual, and decided that a “sea urchin” garnished, sassafras-spiked Seven Seas cocktail would be the perfect sipper for our first summer session.
