“To One a Century Hence” from Kevin Shaw’s debut poetry collection, Smaller Hours, opens with the line “Twilight tastes of candied violet, and I carry the coming night,” hinting to us that it should be paired with a sweet, refreshing Purple Haze cocktail. This version incorporates lemonade, making it perfect for summer sipping!
