Harry Lane is Professor Emeritus of Theatre Studies at the University of Guelph. He has published in the fields of Canadian, Scandinavian, and contemporary British drama and theatre, and has co-edited the journals Theatre/Études théâtrales and Canadian Theatre Review. Among the plays he has directed are George F. Walker’s Escape from Happiness, Problem Child, and Criminal Genius.
