Susan Andrews Grace
Susan Andrews Grace’s previous books of poetry are Love & Tribal Baseball (BuschekBooks, 2007), Flesh, A Naked Dress (Hagios Press, 2006), Ferry Woman’s History of the World (Coteau 1998) and Water is the First World (Coteau Books 1991). A chapbook Wearing My Father was released by Underwhich Editions in 1990. Her poems have been published in literary periodicals in Canada, US, England, and India. She holds a BA in Philosophy and an MFA in Creative Writing (poetry) and has taught creative writing most recently at Oxygen Art Centre in Nelson, BC. Ferry Woman’s History of the World was recipient of Saskatchewan’s Book of the Year in 1998. Andrews Grace was a long-time resident of Saskatoon SK but has lived in Nelson since 2001, where she also maintains a visual art practice.
