among men by David Yee

“David Yee’s among men is a fantastic play. I love how the characters speak to each other – they know each other so well, and aren’t afraid to push. These imagined conversations between two real people come to life in David’s words, and it’s wonderful to read the arguments told through poetry.”

Body So Fluorescent by Amanda Gordner and David di Giovanni

Body So Fluorescent by Amanda Cordner and David di Giovanni is a rare find that expertly tackles the subject of appropriation with ingenuity, nuance and laugh-out-loud humour. I can’t stop thinking about it! This book is truly one-of-a-kind and belongs on everyone’s bookshelf.”

A Perfect Bowl of Pho by Nam Nguyen

“I loved A Perfect Bowl of Pho! I don’t think I’ve ever read a musical before but the energy, goofiness, and heart of this production really shines through the pages and makes you really wish you could have seen the show live. Nam Nguyen does a good job of balancing silly and serious and I learned a lot about Vietnamese diaspora and food. Also his footnotes are hilarious!”
