Rosario D’Agostino

Rosario (Saro) D’Agostino is an important Italo-Canadian writer who was one of the first to write about the immigrant experience as far back as the early 1970’s. His work has influenced many other writers including Gianna Patriarca, Pier Giorgio Di Cicco, Luciano Iacobelli, and Mary di Michelle, even though he published little over his lifetime.
