A clarion call for land back, Dene author Katłįà's unapologetic novel  This House Is Not a Home (Roseway Publishing) follows a Dene family who've returned home only to find that their home is no longer there. Katłįà has likewise created an unapologetically awesome dream cast list for the novel's movie adaptation - read on to see who she picked to play the protagonist, residential school survivor Kǫ̀, and other characters in the novel.

Author Katłįà gave us a star-studded cast list for the film adaptation of  This House Is Not a Home (for the actors' sakes, we hope a certain ex-President films his scenes alone in front of a green screen):
